Je hebt het wat drukker op het werk, thuis is er van alles gaande en je bent wat moeier dan normaal gesproken.

Een dagje niet sporten, misschien een keertje wat makkelijks eten..

En voor je het weet – althans, zo gaat dat altijd bij mij – wordt 1 dagje al snel 2 daagjes…

En 2 daagjes wordt een week, etc.
